Having to work for a CEO that has no idea how to run the business effectively. Since the sale of Handy to current ownership it has been a quick decline and an unfortunate demise to a once proud manufacturer. Current CEO likes to be surrounded by "Yes Men" and told what he wants to hear rather than the truth. He (Ken) has caused many talented individuals from both Handy Living and Handy Kenlin to leave.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be said that is favorable about the current leadership team.
Get current CEO (Ken) to stop trying to force a culture that does not fit the company. He wants to create a "family" environment but he has driven moral so low that it makes employees more upset that they feel forced to participate.
I would not interview there.
Handy actually did pay competitive wages.

The most fulfilling time was when Michael Baritz still owned Handy Kenlin. It was demanding but fun and rewarding. The Handy Living side never showed a profit except for during Covid because of the high inventory.
