PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is accountable for contributing to the maintenance of the center by troubleshooting repairs and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and physical structural elements and by coordinating the work of other maintenance personnel. Position is also accountable for the cleanliness of the center common area, parking lot, common sidewalks and service bays.
