This position is contingent on the candidate's ability to meet all deployment needs at all times to include passing a physical if required for the AFRICOM region as well as deployment through US Army CONUS Replacement Center (CRC). Fullerton, CA WILL NOT be the permanent home location, only the initial on-boarding will take place in Fullerton. The Sentinel Maintainer team is based out of a single primary location in AFRICOM. What You Will Do: An LCCS JUON Sentinel Maintainer will: Perform regular Sentinel maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) per Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM). Perform first and second level diagnostics, fault isolation, alignment, calibration and repair verification of the Sentinel radar. Share the responsibility for Sentinel Radar System operation with the US Army as requested by US Army operations.
