Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ranch Hand to support daily operations on our ranch. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform a wide variety of ranch tasks-from livestock care to fieldwork and equipment maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist with cattle processing, calving, and doctoring. Train and shoe horses as needed. Operate and maintain irrigation pivots for crop watering. Cut, rake, bale, and haul hay. Prepare and work fields; assist with planting operations. Build and maintain fences around ranch property. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, tractors, and other farm equipment. Handle other ranch-related duties as assigned.
