Knowledge of Building Management Systems is required. Specifically, Seimens, Niagra, Alerton, and pneumatic controls. ? Massachusetts Oil Burner certificate is highly preferred. ? Massachusetts Sheet Metal Journeyman license is highly preferred. ? Must have experience operating and maintaining oil and gas-fired heating ? systems and boilers. ? Must be able to work alone and safely use ladders, lifts, and other means as needed. ? Must be able to read color prints and follow verbal and written instructions. ?
