An ideal candidate has experience in the home and commercial improvement and/or repairs and is willing to provide an outstanding customer service experience while accomplishing customer projects. Most projects can last from one hour to multiple days based on the scope of customers’ project needs.
Responsibilities:

· Dispatch from home using company provide vehicle. · Directly communicate the scope of work with the customer prior to starting the project.· Complete projects in a timely and professional manner following state and local building codes.· Documenting scope of work using company invoicing system and taking customer payment.· Maintaining clean and safe work environment by following OSHA standards.

Job DescriptionJob Description This position will monitor and maintain building equipment and structures. The essential functions of the position include:

Troubleshoots equipment using proper tools in a skilled craftsman-like manner.
Performs assignments as directed
Assumes the duties of other mechanics when required, including light carpentry, HVAC, heating, plumbing, grounds maintenance, etc.
