Job Purpose The Facilities Maintenance Laborer supports the upkeep, and repair of several estate homes, grounds and equipment. This role performs routine maintenance tasks, accompanies skilled technicians and contractors and ensures all facilities remain safe, operational and presentable always. Essential Functions The job duties and responsibilities of the position of Facilities Maintenance Laborer include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the completion of Facilities service requests as assigned. Perform basic building maintenance and repair of estates such as painting, staining, replacing interior and exterior light bulbs, landscape lighting replacements, inspects and replaces GFI outlets, minor plumbing repairs, and simple carpentry.
