Job Description The Handyman is responsible for completing a wide variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. This individual must be highly skilled, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining professionalism with clients. Compensation: $12 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: Perform general home repairs, maintenance, and installations (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic HVAC preferred). Complete work orders assigned through the company's scheduling system in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine property inspections, including 3-month and annual checkups for managed properties. Communicate clearly with property managers, owners, and tenants about project details, timelines, and materials needed. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, materials used, and before/after photos for records. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualis LLC is seeking a Girder/Concrete Maintainer to provide concrete, masonry, carpentry, electrical, and wide range of handyman support to the test track maintenance at Holloman AFB, NM. The selected candidate will fabricate specialized fixtures, structures, and equipment utilizing materials such as wood, concrete and other expendable materials.
