Essential Duties
Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment, including user setup, security configurations, and data integrity

Manage Field Service operations including work orders, service appointments, scheduling, and mobile app setup
Identify unused or underutilized platform features for system enhancement and automation to improve business workflows and productivity according to best practices.
Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for new features and processes to ensure our users are increasing efficiencies.
Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and execute upgrades or patches to ensure optimal functionality.
Ensure data security by managing roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with information security standards
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for ongoing maintenance and compliance purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
CPQ Specialist Certification preferred
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components preferred.
Strong grasp of information security principles to safeguard sensitive data across all platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to system management and troubleshooting

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is crucial for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our Windows-based infrastructure to support business operations and ensure seamless performance across the organization.
What You'll Do

The New York City Department of Correction (DOC) is an integral part of the City's evolving criminal justice system, participating in reform initiatives and strategies aimed to move the City towards a smaller jail system without compromising public safety. Importantly, safe jails enable DOC to provide people in custody with the tools and opportunities they need to successfully re-enter their communities. The Nutritional Services Division is responsible for providing regularly scheduled healthy and nutritional meals to both persons in custody and members of staff within the department. There are currently two production kitchens that operates twenty-four (24) hours a day preparing and delivering meals to all facilities on Rikers Island and several other satellite and court facilities. At minimum, a four to six (4-6) weeks food inventory is on hand at any given time. Under general supervision of the Executive Director with wide latitude for initiative and independent judgment, the selected candidate will work cooperatively with Food Service Managers, Senior Cooks, Cooks, and Dieticians to ensure adherence and appropriateness of menus/diets and be responsible for the oversite of all aspects of Food Service within the Nutritional Services Division.
Other supervisory duties include but are not limited to:
* Monitors and oversees the preparation/planning of clinically nutritional menus/meals.
* Responsible for the storage and processing of acquisition of food products and menu items.
* Maintaining familiarity and compliance with standard dietary guidelines.

The Administration role supports the administrative functions of our numismatic operations. This position involves handling various administrative tasks related to consignment processing, auction coordination, shipping & receiving, and client communication.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with the intake and processing of consignments, including logging items into the inventory system, generating documentation, and coordinating with the cataloging team.
Ensure the accurate and timely recording of consignment details, including item descriptions, condition assessments, and consignor information.
Maintain organized records of consigned items, tracking their movement throughout the consignment process.
Support the auction coordination team in preparing for upcoming auctions, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks.
Assist in the preparation of auction catalogs, proofreading listings, verifying information accuracy, and formatting content according to company standards.
Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to facilitate the transportation of auction items to and from the auction site.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates on consignment status, and addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with client registrations, bid placements, and payment processing during auction events, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for participants.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information and transactions.
Provide general administrative support to the numismatic department, including data entry, file organization, correspondence drafting, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Assist with inventory management, conducting periodic audits, reconciliations, and updates to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to support departmental goals and initiatives.

This unique position will be a roughly 90/10 mix of roles as a Project Coordinator/Office Administrator for Antisubmarine Warfare (ASW) Receivers Repairs and Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibility for the Victor, NY facility.
As a Project Coordinator/Office Administrator the candidate coordinates project activities and information to support project controls and reporting, such as monitoring completion of project tasks, monitoring costs against estimates, monthly updates on ETCs (Estimates to Completion), producing and maintaining project schedules for assigned projects and bids, and liaising between engineering and manufacturing groups and other business functions to ensure the smooth progress of projects. While also handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensured efficient office operations, maintained a positive work atmosphere, and maintained organized records.
As Facility Security Office (FSO) the candidate will maintain/enhance the security posture inside the facility to Ultra employees and visitors by overseeing the system security program and policies for our accredited systems. Ultra Maritime Security Office will provide appropriate security program and policy training.

Job Description
Project Coordinator/Office Administrator Responsibilities (90%):
* Gathers program financial, schedule, and technical information to support simple to intermediate project controls and reporting.
* Monitors completion of project tasks through frequent communication with all members of the project team and supporting functions.
* Problem solves and negotiates priorities through manufacturing via attendance at production planning meetings and regular reviews.
* Prepares and maintains project plans, work breakdown structures and ETCs maximizing use of all available project management tools. These tasks would be accomplished mostly through Excel but might include exposure to MS Project.
* Prepares and maintains relevant business system information for contract execution.
* Welcome visitors, coordinate meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects; plan in-house or off-site activities of the organization.
FSO Responsibilities (10%):
* Maintaining a working knowledge of systems functions, security policies, technical safeguards, and operational security measures.
* Assist in developing and implementing an effective system security education, training, and awareness program while commanding adequate resources.
Qualifications:
* Associate's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field and two years of experience in business office functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project or equivalent, and Microsoft Office.
