Position Summary
We are hiring a Surgical Neurophysiologist to join our growing clinical team. This position is open to both experienced neurophysiology professionals and entry-level candidates seeking structured training in intraoperative monitoring and can be based in either Hannibal, MO or Quincy, IL.
Depending on background and qualifications, candidates may be hired as an Experienced Surgical Neurophysiologist or as a Trainee Surgical Neurophysiologist, with responsibilities and autonomy aligned accordingly. All roles support patient safety through high-quality intraoperative monitoring in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and supervising neurologists.
Key Responsibilities

Experienced Surgical Neurophysiologist
Independently perform IONM during spinal, neuro, ENT, and other surgeries
Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment in real time during procedures
Identify and communicate significant waveform changes to surgical teams and oversight neurologists
Document and maintain high-quality intraoperative records
Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical education as needed
Participate in continuing education and advanced case types (e.g., craniotomies, phase reversal, DCS)
Trainee Surgical Neurophysiologist
Assist with patient preparation, electrode application, and monitoring setup in the operating room
Observe and support neurophysiological data collection during surgical procedures
Participate in structured, supervised training to become CNIM-eligible
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital safety and infection control protocols
Travel between affiliated hospitals and surgical centers as needed

The Engineering Support Specialist I is responsible for support Enterprise-wide to assist in key facets of user's daily operations including but not limited to KBS system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable in the business systems used by the company

We are currently hiring for a Regional Vice President/General Manager, based out of our Hannibal, MO office. With a regional presence of 15 quarries, 2 sand and gravel operations, a steel fabrication shop and warehouse facility, this region, and the leadership within it, plays an integral role in our company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all required safety processes and procedures are being followed at all locations. This effort is in coordination with our Safety Director through regular communication and in alignment with company goal of maintaining a safe workplace and zero citation inspections.
* Understand the financial implications of daily business decisions and be able to translate business activity into company P&L statement terms such as revenue and expenses. Goals and objectives should be identified for operations not performing to expectations.
* Regularly meet with sales staff to identify sales goals and ensure these align with production capabilities. Tasks include determination of product/market pricing, in coordinate with ownership, as well as ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Regularly communicate with, and provide direction to, the Area Operations Manager to ensure short and long-term maintenance and production goals are achieved.

Charts daily behavior and case histories; prepares progress notes on assigned cases. Attends in-service meetings, workshops and conferences to maintain and expand professional skills. Attends and participates in staff development programs, and other professional meetings. Participates in team meetings in the absence of a speech-language pathologist. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from program ASHA approved to grant Master's SLP degrees OR Bachelor's Degree in other area with a total of 21 hours in five speech/language areas (anatomy /physiology, phonetics, development, disorders (acquired & developmental) & clinical methods) and apply for state certification OR Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
2. Must obtain 25 hours of SLP observation; and 25 hours of SLP clinical assisting or practicum. (Hours can be provided /supervised by school-based SLPs with appropriate credential - Board license or DESE certificate.)
Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Meets standards of competent teacher performance
2. Provides informal speech and language screening for referred students and those requiring follow-up
3. Serves as a member of multidisciplinary evaluation teams, as needed
4. Participates in initial and annual IEP meetings as requested and case reviews as necessary
5. Provides direct and indirect therapy to correct, treat, or alleviate speech and language impairments using a variety of instruction techniques appropriate to the student's needs
6. Provides services through both a "speech improvement program" and/or Response to Intervention (RTI) model
7. Demonstrates skill in establishing and maintaining classroom management that is conducive to learning
8. Provide services to students in the least restrictive setting (LRE)
9. Collaborates with and advises parents and educational personnel regarding appropriate intervention, practice, or remediation strategies
10. Communicates and works effectively with students, staff, parents, and community members
11. Follows district policies
12. Preforms certain non-instructional duties and other duties as assigned
