My team and the people that work here. The new people are giving a different perspective but the owner is to cheap to actually make money.
Affordable decent health insurance, only because it’s a union shop
New meaning of overworked and underpaid, overtime is mandatory and they work you over 40 hours all the time, come contract renewal, we’re 1 1/2 year in on 3 year contract before the company agrees to give us a raise, management sucks don’t ever want to work with you when days are needed off and are all about handing points out, and there is also a lot of favoritism from management, the policy put in place want you be dedicated to the company not your home life

Nothing they all run on greed, and think they are doing us a favor by letting us work there
It needs to be more understanding that people have a life outside their company

Horrible upper management ceo is a moron, lousy benefits horrible culture stay far far away from this company.
Decent bonus.
Good clean work environment, the company works well with the Union, and the friendly atmosphere always being treated with respect by supervisors leads and coworkers
