Job Description
We are searching for a polite, professional Contact Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and informing consumers about our products and services. The Contact Center Representative may handle a high volume of calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer. They will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
To be a successful Contact Center Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have basic computer skills. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable. The Representative's job is to help customers obtain loans and assist them through the repayment process. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Spotloan customer service hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. This position is classified as non-exempt hourly, full-time, at $15.00 per hour. This position is eligible for monthly bonus incentives based on performance. We are looking for candidates who can work a shift from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
In this role, you will be:
Answering or making calls to Spotloan customers to learn about and address their needs. Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued while creating lasting relationships based on trust and reliability.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed contact center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
Adhering to all tribal and federal laws, company policies, and procedures.

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.

Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and labeling.
Enter prescription data using ScriptPro or equivalent systems.

Qualifications

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Provide exemplary customer service. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Unload trucks according to the prescribed process for the store.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes.
* Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.
* Restock returned and recovered merchandise.
* Order zones and drop shipment categories, following prescribed ordering practices, as assigned by the Store Manager.
* Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
* Assist customers by locating merchandise.
* Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom.
* Greet customers as they enter the store.
* Maintain register countertops and bags; implement register countertop plan-o-grams.
* Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.
* Collect payment from customer and make change.
* Clean front end of store and help set up sidewalk displays.
* Help to maintain a clean, well-organized store and facilitate a safe and secure working and shopping environment.
* Provide superior customer service leadership.
* Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications.
* Open and/or close the store under specific direction of the Area Manager.
In the Absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager:
* Authorize and sign for refunds and overrides; count register; make bank deposits.
* Assist in maintaining strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.
* Monitor cash levels and make appropriate drawer pulls as directed by the Store Manager.
* Monitor cameras for unusual activities (customers and employees), if applicable.
* Supply cashiers with change when needed.
* Complete all required paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines as assigned.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
* Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.
* Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
