WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the design, launch, and optimization of assembly lines using Lean principles, with ownership of safety, quality, throughput, and OEE
Own manufacturing processes end-to-end, from concept and equipment selection through production ramp and ongoing performance
Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation, and capital equipment to improve cost, quality, and delivery
Design and approve fixtures, tooling, and error-proofing solutions to enable scalable, reliable production
Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, including process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
Develop and sustain PM/PdM and operator TPM programs in partnership with operations and maintenance
Lead structured, data-driven problem solving to support zero-defect launches and continuous improvement
Communicate risks, tradeoffs, timelines, and results clearly to leadership and influence decisions with sound engineering judgment
Mentor junior engineers and technicians and contribute to plant and business strategy, including capacity and cost improvements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)
5-10 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in a production environment
Proven ownership of manufacturing systems and accountability for results
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
Business-minded, data-driven decision maker with strong root-cause problem-solving skills
Experience leading structured problem solving (Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt preferred)
Continuous-improvement mindset with demonstrated performance gains
Effective collaborator able to influence across operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain
Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar); experience with statistics or analysis tools a plus
Hands-on experience with machine design, automation, or PLCs preferred
Willingness to travel internationally (
Experience leading kaizen events or major process improvements

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to join our Data Products team within our Data organization. This role will focus specifically on data initiatives relating to our Risk, Trust and Operations business units. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment working with teams and stakeholders across the business to define our next generation of data products. THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
Collaborate with teams from all around the business to understand data challenges and opportunities, with a particular emphasis in the Risk, Trust and Operations business units
Lead elicitation of requirements, in the form of user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Partner closely with our Data Engineering teams to deliver value through data
Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product
Bring fresh ideas to the table when working to solve business problems, using your understanding of the of Risk, Trust and Operations business units to generate innovative solutions
Partner with Data Engineering teams to define solutions and approaches
Be an enabling force that drives effective and sustainable evolution of the various data products we can offer in Risk, Trust and Operations spaces
Play a key role in FanDuel's agile delivery framework
Play a key role within the PM community here at FanDuel, sharing your industry best practice and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and cross-skilling
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering impactful data products
Experience working with data warehouse and data pipeline technologies
Is used to working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities change
Experience designing data strategies for both automated and self-service reporting and/or analytics
Demonstrated ability to lead the product development of highly visible product or key vertical within a company's portfolio both strategically and tactically
Experience using SQL, Python and a variety of reporting and data visualization tools. Familiarity with streaming and Lake House architecture preferred
A self-starter able to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile team
Exceptional analysis skills
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
Drives high standards for individual accomplishment and works to meet or exceed challenging goals
High level of self-awareness displayed and good understanding of the behavior relating to the environment

The applicable salary range for this position is $106,000 - $139,700 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
