PTO time off was good
Pay was not anywhere near scale or for your experience. Micromanaging was a constant struggle. Every single day you were asked, at least 10 times, what are you working on, how fast till you get this done, emails are not professional enough. Nothing would make management happy. And this was a constant complaint from all employees in the office and remote workers.

Leadership? There was no leadership. It was constant criticism. No one in the office was happy. The only good thing was in the summers we got a half day on Friday.
Yearly employee reviews. You got criticism every day but never any praise. Even if you worked past five or on weekends. To have happy employees you need to give praise as well as criticism.
Well under average
No diversity at all.
I enjoyed the work I was doing but not the upper management, if you could call it that.
