Your Opportunity The role of a Civil Engineer in Training in our Community Development Business Line is to work as a team member on projects under the close guidance and supervision of a senior engineer/designer. You will work closely with a project engineer to learn how best to assist the project manager and design team with land development permitting and site design. Over time, you will take on more responsibility and increasingly work directly with project managers. You will perform a variety of tasks which may include calculations and field work. The position is ideal for entry level civil engineers as it will offer you exposure to a wide range of civil design principles including roadway, layout, utilities, drainage, and much more.
