Also included are duties associated with the supervision of facilities employees which report directly to the incumbent. *Position is on-site in our Bloomington, IL office.* Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform maintenance (and lead/mentor/supervise team members) to the interior/exterior of facilities including, but not limited to, restrooms, break rooms, sidewalks, and lobby. Perform basic repairs and maintenance of building and equipment such as chairs, tables, doors, light fixtures, floor tiles, walls, pipes/plumbing, vents, ceiling tiles, picnic tables, awnings, and move file cabinets, hang pictures, banners, and decorations.
