Key Responsibilities | Cross-Functional & Systems Work Help document, refine, and automate your owned recurring processes as we scale. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Support. Assist with ad hoc projects that strengthen the reliability and scalability of our financial operations. Required Qualifications 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance operations roles (internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework welcome). Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records. Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort learning new systems.
