Coach and develop line teams to become self-sufficient by strengthening technical skills, problem-solving capability, and adherence to standards. Qualifications Technical degree or equivalent education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Automation. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a maintenance, reliability, or continuous improvement role. Strong working knowledge of time-based and condition-based maintenance, TPM or similar systems, and root cause failure analysis.
