Nothing... was an Awful experience - management doesn’t care about employee or patients
No communication They don’t care Upper Management keeps leaving and changing - (this is the 4th executive director in a year!!!) seems like they don’t know what they are doing And making it up as they go along
the mission is honorable - helping families through the end of life process is a special privilege
Not a well run company. Extremely poor and incompetent Leadership - they are uncaring and very disconnected. Zero communication about decisions or direction
