The Private Client Group - Americas ("PCG") is part of the Investor Relations Team that is responsible for the fundraising activities of the Firm. PCG focuses on delivering HarbourVest's private markets solutions to the private wealth market primarily through financial intermediaries including wire-houses, regional broker-dealers, private banks, multi-family offices and registered investment advisors.
The Private Client Group is responsible for the distribution of HarbourVest products the private wealth channel in the US, Canada and Latin America.
This role will be focused on raising capital in the US - Midwest region by developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors in the Wire-House/Private Bank, RIA, and Family Office channels in the specified region to drive sales and AUM growth across private and registered funds.

Portfolio Manager, Institutional Fixed Income, will have responsibility for the continued investment success of fixed income strategies at Parametric. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage and trade client portfolios, create standard and custom analysis, and support strategic growth initiatives. This role is expected to collaborate closely with leaders and other members of the Fixed Income, Overlay Solutions, and LDI teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage Institutional Fixed Income accounts across Treasuries, STRIPS, TIPS, repo, and synthetic mandates, including trading responsibilities. Synthetic instruments may include interest rate or credit futures and swaps.
* Work with team of portfolio managers, investment analysts, and research to maintain models for index and internal portfolios.

The Compliance Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Risk Management Director is a senior management level position responsible for establishing internal procedures to prevent money laundering and assist in all matters concerning financial crimes in coordination with the broader AML team. The overall objective is to manage a team, utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to identify issues/problems and devise recommendations for complex situations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage staff of AML professionals to accomplish goals and invest in the development of team members through the development and execution of AML training
* Develop and assist in the implementation of firm-wide AML risk management policy and strategic AML Compliance Risk Management (ACRM) direction as well as maintain the AML compliance program for the businesses
* Translate AML strategy and goals across Citi clients, products, and geographies in a succinct brief and clear manner as well as provide direction and guidance on the program

The Analyst, Closing Coordinator will serve as a member of the Primary Portfolio Operations team, which supports the global Primary Investment team in areas such as fundraising, investing capital, as well as serving as a key role in the business operations of the team. The role will have exposure to a wide range of activities with primary responsibility for the coordination of Primary partnership closings. The individual will act as a liaison with internal teams such as Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, Tax, and Portfolio Analytics, in addition to external parties. The Analyst will also work closely with the Primary Investment team in Boston, Toronto, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

What you will do:
Work broadly across HarbourVest departments to support the closing of primary partnership investments, providing necessary documentation for General Partner subscriptions relating to Tax, AML/KYC, contact information, and wire instructions
Work closely with the Primary Investment deal teams and external legal counsel to monitor and track the status of deals along with collecting, monitoring, remediating, and reporting large sets of data for internal and external use
Obtain appropriate internal and external approval documentation and notify internal team members of closings of investment commitments
Laisse with Portfolio Construction Committee, deal teams, and Portfolio Analytics group to ensure allocation amounts are accurately captured and updated within internal systems
Develop and maintain closing dashboards and tools for individuals within the firm to utilize related to investment closings and implement opportunities for process optimization
Review, coordinate with internal Legal, Compliance and deal teams, and respond to AML/KYC process inquiries and requests throughout an investment's term
Ensure compliance with all internal documentation and reporting procedures and upload legal agreements and closing documents to the document storage system and depositary portal
Prepare capital call documentation and interact with General Partners to obtain external authorized contacts and wiring instructions to assist with Treasury's timely funding of investments
