With 2 manufacturing plants and 27 distribution facilities across 20 states, we're seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker Driver professional to join our team. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering materials and products within the warehouse and to customers. Primary Responsibilities & Duties: Perform various job duties including handling, inspecting, and managing hazardous waste and storage in accordance with site emergency plans. Prepare and maintain hazardous waste records such as manifests and inspection logs. Read customer orders and assemble stock from storage areas for delivery. Complete necessary company paperwork including logs and bills of lading. Place placards on trucks and ensure proper marking of materials. Drive trucks to deliver materials to customers and retrieve empty containers. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Receive incoming stock, unload, and distribute to appropriate storage areas. Organize and maintain the warehouse storage areas. Repack bulk materials and maintain chlorine containers. Clean and organize the warehouse facility. Ensure all shipments comply with DOT regulations and customer requirements. Perform pre and post trip inspections of equipment. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely. Utilize company-provided equipment and software in accordance with regulations and company procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Duties vary by location Job duties may also result in: Generate, handle, and/or inspect hazardous waste and hazardous waste storage. Respond or manage hazardous waste spills and incidents based on the site's emergency action or contingency plan. Prepare and manage hazardous waste records such as manifests, inspection logs, waste determination and other reports. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of related experience and/or training. And/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications: Commercial driver's license (all classes) required. MUST HAVE Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement or ability to obtain certification. Forklift Operation experience preferred. Key Responsibilities Parts Management Coordinate and process parts transfers to technicians and internal departments accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized, labeled, and accessible inventory storage areas. Purchase Orders & Procurement Create, send, receive, and reconcile purchase orders for inventory items, supplies and special orders. Complete three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Track open orders, back orders, and special orders to ensure timely fulfillment. Inventory Transactions & Accuracy Enter, update, and verify all inventory transactions to maintain system data integrity. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Cycle & Physical Counts Conduct weekly spot checks to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies. Participate in and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts. Reporting & Analysis Generate and maintain inventory-related reports for management review. Monitor inventory metrics such as accuracy rate, turnover, and shrinkage. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Compliance & Safety Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards related to inventory and warehouse operations. Support FDA compliance and audits at the Bottled Water Plant. Assist with regulatory testing of bottled water plant production and warehouse. Warehouse Operations Assist Warehouse Cooler Technician with preparation of equipment for installation. Maintain and improve warehouse storage for inventory. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and improve workflow efficiency. Collaborate with management and colleagues to implement improvements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred. Experience 2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Service Titan or equivalent) preferred. Advanced Excel skills and accurate data entry capabilities preferred. Other Skills & Attributes Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Complete purchase order reconciliations and cycle counts on schedule with minimal errors. Demonstrate accountability and reliability, consistently following inventory and compliance procedures. Proactively identify and implement process improvements, reducing inefficiencies or errors. Support FDA compliance and audit readiness, ensuring all required documentation and presentation is accurate and complete.
