GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources & Safety, the Safety Manager will lead all safety initiatives throughout the Swedesboro facility and ensure safety measures are in place for remote locations. He/she will provide day-to-day onsite safety support to all employees, work closely with management, to promote a safe work environment. He/she will work to develop safety initiatives, assist in training staff, conduct safety meetings and facility walkthroughs, and ensure our entire facility is compliant with OSHA regulations.
