As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be working at Harder's warehouse facility in southwest Phoenix, AZ. This facility supports our projects throughout the AZ valley with materials, fabrication, equipment shipping and receiving for installation projects, supporting all of Harder's plumbing and process piping services.
The hours at this facility are 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday-Friday. The location for this position is 315 S 57th Dr. Phoenix AZ 85043

What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, including training, and supporting the warehouse team. You will organize warehouse operation systems and manage equipment inventory in addition to making sure the work is completed safely, on schedule, and up to Harder Mechanical's quality standards.
Warehouse Logistics Coordinators at Harder perform the following daily tasks:
Schedule material deliveries and work with drivers to ensure the correct truck/trailer are dispatched for the job.
Manage document controls, including scanning and filing BOL's, driver POD's and inspection logs
Update warehouse inventory
Coordinate vehicle maintenance
Work with the warehouse team to minimize overtime and maximize efficiency
Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders
Meet with the warehouse team to discuss productivity, and develop lean organization
Help keep warehouse clean & organized
Stage product/materials
Additional tasks as required
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Able to take direction with little oversight
Organized and productive
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
Follow OSHA safety regulations
Learn & implement Lean Principles
Strong math skills are helpful
Experience driving forklifts to assist in loading & unloading trucks
Physical requirements: must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds), must be able to stand for long periods of time, crouch, kneel, and lift
Education/Experience:
Must be 21 +
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in a warehouse role managing a team

What you'll be doing:
You will monitor and maintain the quality standards set forth by Harder Mechanical Contractors and ensure that all standards are met, comply with local and state regulations and continuously improve quality of work. What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for the application of construction safety standards and regulations. You will work together with the project management team and field supervision to ensure that all work is completed in a safe manner to avoid risk of injury or harm.
Project Safety Managers at Harder perform the following daily tasks:
Provide support in incident prevention, including inspecting job site, equipment, onsite training, investigating, and authoring incident reports, and providing information on safety standards and work techniques
Serve as the on-site Competent Person who performs frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment
Oversee additional safety professionals assigned to the project
Survey the jobsite and provides advice and guidance to site superintendents and site employees engaged in a full range of construction activities including but not limited to confined space, hazardous energy control, fall protection and scaffolding
Investigate all incidents to determine origin, root cause, and contributing factors and assists in the preparation of written evaluation reports concerning findings
Carry out safety education activities, promoting safety awareness, conducting daily and weekly Toolbox Talks; providing site specific training courses
Consult with technical specialists and program managers about changes in work processes and proposed methods to eliminate unnecessary risks and control hazardous conditions
Provide employees and managers the training necessary to recognize hazards and perform their jobs safely and effectively
Develop Activity (Job) Hazard Analysis's for all new major work processes or those processes that have the highest injury/illness rates
Conduct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assessments as needed
Recommend appropriate measures and methods to correct safety deficiencies noted; Investigate hazardous conditions, practices, equipment, etc., to identify and analyze the nature and severity of hazards and the possible remedial actions (elimination, correction, or protection)
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Possess professional qualifications and knowledge of fall protections systems, electrical safety, permit-required confined spaces, excavation trenching and shoring, scaffolding, hazard communication, accident investigation and reporting
Education/Experience:
10+ years of experience
OSHA 30-hour
Extensive knowledge of the State/Local, OSHA laws and regulations
May be required to pass security clearance investigation and applicable substance testing requirements
OSHA 510 certifications
Additional safety certifications such as CSP, CHST, or OHST
Experience in the semi-conductor industry

Perform daily deliveries between our existing fabrication/warehouse sites using a 24', 30', or 40' trailer with 12' flatbed truck and 24' stack bed delivery trucks
Identify issues and efficiencies to help improve our delivery process
Partner with warehouse employees and field personal to load and unload trucks
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Strong attention to detail to recognize issues before they become problems
Ability to read and understand packing slips to pick up and receive materials and equipment
May need to pass a background check to access secure areas on project site
