Job Functions: * Process customer payouts, cash handling, and machine reimbursements accurately. * Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow all company cash handling procedures. * Verify customer age and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. * Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests. * Monitor the casino floor and report any suspicious activity or malfunctions. * Keep cashier station and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked. Skills and Demands: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to follow policies and procedures, especially regarding cash and compliance. * Must be able to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods. * Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for gaming and alcohol service.
