Nothing in this restricts St. Labre's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Ensures all meals are: prepared according to planned menu, specified recipes and portions, and established techniques, prepared safely and efficiently, high in quality - taste and appearance, complete and meet all USDA requirements, and ready to be served on time. Prepares entree for breakfast and lunch. Keeps track of school attendance and adjusts recipes (using Nutrikids software) and amounts prepared. Continually monitors the serving line and restocks as needed to prevent servers from having to stop serving and leaving the line. Deep cleans equipment or area assigned each week. Cleans at least one oven at least once a week. Works with the baker and assistant cook to regularly clean, organize, and mop the storeroom. Works out a schedule for the daily sweeping and mopping of the storeroom and other areas such as kitchen, serving area, coolers, and bakery area. ABOUT THE JOB The Tepa Companies are seeking an Electrician who installs, connects, tests and sustains electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including climate control, security, and communications. In addition, an electrician figures layout, installs, and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment, such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels, fastening in place with screws or bolts, using hand tools and power tools. Job Functions: * Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes. * Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follows diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring. * Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit, using tools, such as hacksaw, pipe threader, and conduit bender. * Pulls wiring through conduit, assisted by an electrician helper. * Splices wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, using knives or pliers, twisting or soldering wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps. * Connects wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment, using hand tools. * Connects power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and installs grounding leads. * Tests continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components, using testing instruments, such as an ohmmeter, battery and buzzer, and oscilloscope. * Observe the functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement. * Repairs faulty equipment or systems. * Cuts and welds steel structural members, using flame-cutting and welding equipment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Journeyman Electrical License * Working knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in electrical distribution and transmission system maintenance work; Working knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade; Considerable knowledge of the principles of electrical theory as applied to electrical circuits and wiring systems and ability to apply this knowledge to work situations * Skill in the operation of the listed tools and equipment; Skill in the application of first aid methods including artificial respiration * Ability to follow proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions.
