Small business feel with no management breathing down your neck. They trust you to do what you need to do. It's been around for almost 100 years but really improved when Billy Hardin sold the company to Fraser Orr at least in terms of employee enjoyment and fulfillment. The average time of employment here is in the decades, which really tells you something about how people feel about working here
The lack of management can sometimes lead to chaos if you don't know what you're doing
Free flowers from time to time. When my car broke down Fraser let me drive one of the company cars to commute to work until I found a replacement.
