Plans, develops, and implements new projects. Manages large projects as required. Supports new product development in terms of raw material procurement, pilots, process and equipment development. Understands and experienced with P&L statements and ability to act upon them. Contributes to cost savings opportunities. Conducts daily and/or weekly operational meetings with teams to discuss manufacturing schedule, non-conforming product, process changes, personnel, and other departmental and company information. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, and conformance to procedures and specifications. Participates in CNP process, investigating and presenting findings in weekly meeting for all Ohio NC runs. Initiates and responds to CAPA's as required. Develops and follow-up on preventative measures. Initiates and responds to quality management change requests and plans. Evaluates all assigned employees performances by conducting bi-annual reviews with each employee. Helps develop new products and processes while making continuous improvements to those already in place. Acts a liaison between departments to ensure steady and constant flow of finished product and raw materials.

Develop a detailed working knowledge of BlackHawk policies, procedures and practices.
Maintain a deep understanding of the BHID systems (including P21, OS ticket, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Compass), suppliers' systems/websites and usage of those systems.
Perform all work in accordance with the company documented ISO processes and procedures utilizing appropriate company systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills utilizing phone, email and instant message.

The Planning Manager (Site Supply Chain) is responsible for the development and execution Supply Response for the S&OP process. What we're looking for
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field is required. MBA preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
