**What You'll Be Doing**
**Job Summary:** Generally responsible for performing all aspects for complete design of civil/structural assignments using theoretical knowledge and practical design methods. With experience in this level, you are expected to assist in the design of larger and more complex civil/structural assignments. This work will be performed under general supervision.
**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**
+ Familiarity with and utilizing department design and drafting standards.
+ Recognizing project scope, specifications and design criteria upon assignment to a project task team.
+ Reviewing and comprehending the latest information available regarding civil/structural calculations, equipment drawings and layouts or drawings from other disciplines before initiating design effort on specific drawings.
+ Drafting civil/structural plans under minimal supervision.
+ Being knowledgeable of civil material specifications to the extent that all information required for material purchase, fabrication and construction is reflected on the finished drawings.
+ Recognizing and communicating scope and design changes promptly.
+ Performing field related work collecting design information and verifying designs for tie-ins, function and clearances to existing facility.
+ Performing temporary field support activities, where assigned, for engineering support during construction.
+ Assisting engineers with cost and material estimated and preliminary design studies.
+ Checking the accuracy and quality of drawings developed by drafters, when assigned, based on information conveyed by engineering calculations, equipment and discipline drawings.
+ Displays some capacity for mentoring entry level and new teammates.

+ Ability to produce drawings for concrete and structural steel, and/or civil disciplines.

+ Knowledge and application of company engineering design and CAD drafting standards.
+ Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD, Microstation or both.
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

What You Will Do

Ensure routine maintenance to the HVAC systems (belt, filter, and thermostat replacements), and assist with specific maintenance to the systems.
Assists in preparing construction specifications and project plans. Directs contracted projects to ensure adherence, follows all specifications. Assists management in solving issues with service providers. Coordinates all facility inspections; report findings and coordinates required repairs and/or replacements. Maintains and controls adequate building temperatures utilizing software systems at sites where applicable.
Work with maintenance vendors for mowing, trees, shrubs, bedding areas, and snow removal. Also works with janitorial vendor to ensure quality services are provided.
Work with vendors and fuel distributors on preventative maintenance plans. Inspect and perform weekly generator maintenance tests.

Job Responsibilities

? Maintain all serving schedules; ensure that all food items are served per menu specifications in a safe and appropriate manner following Aramark policies and procedures.

? May prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production for location.

? Maintain logs on all maintenance required on equipment within the department.
? Ensure all food safety/temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action, as necessary.

? Proficiency in multi-tasking.
? Perform other duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager whenever his/her skill and/or experience would be vital to initiate, coordinate, or complete any given program.
? Must fill in for absent employees at location, as necessary.
? Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and confirm they are prepared and delivered on time.
? Be able to work occasional night and weekend catered events.
? Attend food service meetings with staff.
? Maintain communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc).
? May perform cashier duties as the need arises.
? Promote good public relations.

What You'll Be Doing
Job Scope: Generally responsible for performing routine design of less complex engineering assignments using theoretical knowledge and practical design methods. This level is expected to assist in the design of larger and more complex electrical and instrumentation engineering assignments. This work will be performed under close supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Familiarity with and utilizing department design and drafting standards.
Familiarity with project scope, specifications and design criteria upon assignment to a project task team.
On-site assistance during startup.
Produce installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts and grounding, lighting, power and instrumentation plans under general supervision.
Developing conceptual layouts and cost studies as necessary to determine the simplest, most efficient approach to solving engineering tasks at hand.
Producing estimate level preliminary designs and material take-offs suitable for the level of the estimate being performed on a project.
Producing detail design calculations and sketches for materials of construction associated with the project. Calculations produced will be neatly prepared and organized for efficient checking by others and efficient use by drafters/designers for preparing drawings and as a deliverable when required.
Assisting the drafting group in resolving routine layout and detailing problems.
Consulting with design leaders from other disciplines to ensure the smooth flow of vital information necessary for the scheduled completion of the project.
Reviewing and checking vendor drawings and other discipline drawings for electrical/instrumentation input.

Ideal Background
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university is required.
