This role ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while minimizing operational disruptions and optimizing resource utilization on site in Freeport, TX. **Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Develop detailed plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements. + Coordinate with engineering, operations, safety, and environmental teams to ensure alignment and compliance. + Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations to identify hazards and mitigation strategies. + Manage contractors and vendors involved in demolition activities. + Ensure proper documentation and reporting of D&D activities. + Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. + Support regulatory inspections and audits related to D&D operations. + Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout all phases of D&D projects. **Ideal Background** **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
