Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within food & beverage or other consumer goods packaging environments. Hands-on experience with applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies in both manual and automated manufacturing lines. Evaluate and manage donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the execution of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities. Manage donor deferral; reviews test results and notify donors of unsuitable test results per applicable SOPs. Initiation and investigation of Post Donation Information (PDI). Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, problem solving, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility. Demonstrate continued competency in the performance of job responsibilities and complete periodic assessment with the Center Physician per applicable SOPs. Office Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities: Build rapport with patients and prepare them for dental procedures. Take and monitor vital signs, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Review and discuss patients' medical histories effectively. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exhibit strong organizational abilities and familiarity with dental software and equipment. Responsible for the setup/breakdown of procedures, including proper disposal of biohazards. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, adhering to all infection control procedures. Complete clerical reporting on a daily/monthly basis. Requirements: Requirements: Current Dental Assistant License / DANB required. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. X-Ray Certification required. CPR/BLS Certification required. Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting. N202 Certification required. DAANCE Certification required. Completion of a Sedation Course required.
