Riding the bikes
They take your days off away all the time. Thy make you stay hours past the time you are off. The commission is horrible for you sell the bikes but get nothing of your commission that you should. The pay is bad.
The events
I would pay the employees so they can live. I would allow them their time off and ensure they get off at their scheduled time.
I am a Harley Davidson fan and know a good bit about them so it was pretty easy to get ready for the interview.
It is ok. There is a diverse group where I work but like all companies everyone has their favorites.
Pay Has not kept up with INFLATION….unless you are the CEO!

The amount of work. Every day is different.
The way the company treated its employees.
The gym
I enjoyed the fact that employees were family, I got along with most.
The environment was unorganized and immature.
My pay was nice and the discount was nicer.
Working engineers (not managers.) Customers are great.
Bad management from the top down. Screaming, petty middle managers and "leads." No work/life balance.
