Ok are pretty good and even time. Crews are crewed with good people.
Equipment needs lots of work. Barges are not in good shape and leak hydraulic oil everywhere.

Provides flexible scheduling with industry standard benefits. Capable and driven supermanagement with a knowledgeable engineering department.
This is not specific to Centerline logistics but the industry as a whole You're away from home and away from family for large stretches of time.
Compensation
The leadership team seems to take a initiative to communicate with vessel staff in a meaningful and significant way.
There's always room to improve any companies culture. I believe that centerline is on the right side of history in their approach to diversity and equity.
Just be honest there's no need to fluff up or pretend you're something you're not. Tell them who you are what you do and what your goals are.
Above average, if average is acceptable for a lifetime career I would say that Centerline is above average in all meaningful matrixes.
The effort to diversify into different demographics is well known and present in Centerline's approach. Of course there's always room for more diversity and with time this industry will become one of the most diverse industries worldwide.
