Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination:

Develop contingency plans to address potential project delays or challenges.
Team Management:

Participate in client site visits and provide technical insight that helps secure new work.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and expand service offerings.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain positive client relationships by providing regular project updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Budget & Financial Management:
Oversee project budgets and ensure that expenses remain within approved limits.

Quality Control:

Monitor and inspect cleaning processes to confirm proper procedures are followed.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, safety documents, and client communications.
Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial cleaning, oil & gas, or environmental services.
Strong understanding of tank cleaning processes, equipment, and safety standards.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
