The Opportunity
The Adobe Corporate Partnerships team is focused on delivering material growth and market share expansion through strategic product and technology partnerships. Our team is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and implementing partnership deals and initiatives across Adobe's Digital Media business. As a Strategic Partnerships Principal, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to refine and implement partner agreements aligned with Adobe's critical initiatives in the GenAI space. What You'll Do

The Document Product Group (DPG) is reshaping the way people engage with, integrate, and share information. What you'll do
Provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for Adobe's Marketing Sites design team by implementing and enhancing scalable systems, processes, and programs across both platform and user journeys sub-teams. Additionally, spearhead cross-functional initiatives to drive high-impact execution and foster collaboration throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as a trusted advisor and thought partner to design leadership in crafting the design strategy, vision, and operational plan
* Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive creative alignment and decision making, enabling and elevating a highly effective UX design organization
* Scale strategic design initiatives in partnership with design leadership, making sure to connect the dots across a complex organization and diplomatically navigate challenges
* Simplify large and complex problems through iterative operational improvements, while prioritizing and delivering solutions in an evolving environment
* Lead, coach, and foster a team of high-talent program managers in a robust, cross-disciplinary and cross-geo design organization
* Foster a culture of collaboration and user-focused design excellence through mentorship, coaching, and influence. You are an advocate for design-led product development and build bridges across the organization to represent design and uplevel our impact for our users
* Own and drive communications and operations for a large design team to keep the team informed and motivated, always prioritizing and supporting a healthy design culture
What you need to succeed
* 8+ years of experience working in design/creative operations in a technology environment, preferably working on marketing sites
* 2+ years of leadership experience with a history of people management and operational excellence
* Experience working with in-house and external creative teams, including collaborating with designers, content strategists, researchers, prototypers, engineers, and product managers
* Experience working with UX/Web and Engineering teams on ambiguous problems and crafting big picture strategies
* Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives
* Experience building and fostering a robust, collaborative, inclusive team environment

The Opportunity
As our Senior Manager leading all aspects of Security Risk and Governance, you will spearhead the advancement of our security risk strategy. The objective is to continue to invest in evolution of the risk program by improving qualitative evaluations through quantitative analysis.
The mission is to improve our decision making by using security insights, data analytics, and security first approach complemented by detailed modeling (where applicable) to support and validate existing security risk landscape across the organization. Lead all aspects of Adobe's Security Management framework, integrating with industry leading models for risk measurement, and offer senior leadership continuous insights.

* Guide the transformation of the security risk program to include qualitative measurements complemented by quantitative insights, integrating AI, data interpretation, and financial analysis.
* Maintain and operate the company's security risk framework, ensuring risks are accurately captured, updated, and prioritized.
* Provide the strategic vision, and drive maturity of, the Security Governance and Policy program.
* Ensure Policies and Standards program aligned to a centralized governing strategy that includes key input from Security Architecture, Adobe Common Controls Framework (CCF), Cyber Operations, and Product Security.
* Apply and integrate industry risk frameworks (FAIR, NIST RMF, ISO 42001, etc.) into Adobe's governance processes.

Requirements
* Needs a background of at least 10 years in Security Risk Management, an Advanced Degree, or similar experience, or 13 years or more with a Bachelor's or equivalent experience in correlated domains.
* 3-5 years' experience managing high performing teams
* In depth knowledge on security risk management and risk management models (FAIR, OCTAVE, NIST RMF, ISO 27005 etc.)
* Good understanding of security concepts, security stack & tools, industry trends and adversary insights
* Proficiency in threat modeling, data science and analytics and AI/ML capabilities
* Experience with platforms and automation for threat identification, detection and risk analysis
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for technology and security risk management.
* Good understanding of innovative technologies and corresponding knowledge of potential security risks and vulnerabilities
* Comfortable leading the Policy Governance function and has indepth understanding and knowledge working with complex security policies and standards (e.g. Cloud Architecture, Vulnerability Management etc.)

**Pay and Benefits:**
+ The base pay range for this position is $117,000 - 160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 7th, 2025.
