We have an immediate need for a Receiving Specialist to accept shipments from vendor, including unloading trucks. verify delivered items match pack list. receipt products based on what was received and label with appropriate labels. prepare pack lists for paint. backflush items returned from paint. assist in putting product into locations
Requirements
unload vendor trucks
verify shipment is not damaged before accepting
confirm delivered items match pack list by qty and revision
work with purchasing to resolve any pack list/qty/revision issues
print and label product appropriately
move items to inspect area
assist in moving non-inspect items into locations
create pack list for items going to paint
backflush items returning from paint
deliver non-production items to the appropriate internal person
special projects and duties as assigned
work with accounts payable to resolve invoice/receipt discrepancies.
Forklift experience
basic computer skills
excel spreadsheet experience or power bi experience
willingness to be in non-climate controlled warehouse
accurate and detail oriented
ability to organize in a logical manner
good penmanship
willing to stay to get the job done
ability to gain cooperation and assistance of others without authority over them
internally motivated, task oriented individual that can complete a task without constant or direct supervision

Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related degree;
10 years of engineering experience, preferably in a medical or industrial products environment
7 years of management experience leading new product development and ongoing sustaining engineering functions.
