Dr. Marc Abrams is Harmonia’s, Chief Technology Officer. He helps customers navigate technology trends from his experience leading innovation projects in artificial intelligence and machine learning, application modernization and cloud adoption, blockchain, cybersecurity, data science and data lakes using big data technologies, DevSecOps automation, and human factors engineering. Dr. Abrams held previous positions with IBM Research, the U.S. Army, and Virginia Tech (tenured Associate Professor of Computer Science). He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and was a post-doc at Stanford University.

Jai Saboo is a lifelong entrepreneur with a unique understanding of technology as well as business and strategic issues and a solid track record of building and operating successful technology and technology related services companies. He started his entrepreneurial career in 1993, launching Concept Software, a software services firm that specialized in large high-end client-server systems for Fortune 500 clients. He sold Concept Software in 1999 and subsequently co-founded Installation Included Inc., serving as its Chief Technology Officer and directing the developing of its state-of-the-art IT systems for logistics support, and helping the company raise more than $20M in funding.

Michael Bame is a Chief Financial Officer at Harmonia Holdings Group LLC and is based in Blacksburg, Virginia. He has worked as Accountant at Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation, Business Manager at Anderson & Associates, and CEO at F-One Consulting. Michael studied at Virginia Tech between 1979 and 1983.
