Requirements: Education and Experience: Have a master's degree in behavioral science from an accredited college or university, plus a minimum of two years of employment as a social worker in an agency serving children or in an STRTP for children, or Have a bachelor's degree, preferably in behavioral science, from an accredited college or university, plus at least three one years of administrative experience or supervisory experience in a social services agency which provides direct services to children in an outpatient setting or in an STRTP with a licensed capacity of six or more.
