Qualifications: Executive operational leadership experience in professional services or law firms, with a track record of scaling organizations ($100M+ revenue). Strong strategic planning and execution abilities, translating firm-wide goals into systems, processes, and staffing that support growth across multiple offices. Expertise in operational oversight, including HR, finance, technology, facilities, vendor management, workflow optimization, and technology integration.
