My career has spanned greater than 25 years covering all areas of the information technology field. This time has afforded me the opportunity to function both as an individual contributor and to serve as an executive leader in/over most areas of IT. I have a proven ability to communicate, influence and deliver complex strategy in a clear concise manner to stakeholders of diverse skill sets. Throughout my career I routinely solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on business and am an expert in the alignment of IT to a business centric culture maximizing productivity and lowering organizational risk.

In my current role as the Chief Information Officer, I have successfully leveraged my vast technological experience and implement a wholistic and business centric technology strategy. The implementation has resulted in sweeping digital transformation/modernization in the areas of system consolidation, master data management, cyber security, and great user experience. As a global foundation these changes have been felt worldwide. This was accomplished with minimal investment to the business and a |3% year over year reduction in the overall IT budget.

Patrick Geryk is the CFO of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (\'HGF\') headquartered in Agawam, Massachusetts. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Patrick joined HGF in February 2018. Prior to joining HGF Patrick worked at CleanSlate Centers as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (\'FP&A\') and in EY's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (\'FIDS\') practice in Boston. Patrick also has experience working as a Financial Analyst at IBM and in the accounting and marketing departments for a local non-profit agency in Western Massachusetts.

Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant (\'CPA\'​) in Massachusetts. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (\'CFE\'​). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (\'AICPA\'​), Massachusetts Society of CPAs (\'MSCPA\'​) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (\'ACFE\').
