About the Role
A Packsize FieldService Engineer will install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment solutions onsite at several customer's facilities. They must be a creative problem solver with the ability to identify, analyze, maintain and repair complex mechanical equipment and answer difficult customer questions about product features. A FieldService Engineer will perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities, features and general maintenance of the product(s). They will build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships with a variety of customers and will work closely with other supporting Packsize team members to provide exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
• Scheduling tasks at customer job sites
• Troubleshooting issues, quickly and effectively, using technical drawings and documentation
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise
• Continuous learning, including customer operational processes, packaging designs, technical specifications
• Installation of Packsize solutions and training others to use and maintain it
• Basic clerical and administrative duties, including timely reading and responding to emails, preparing and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, writing detailed technical reports, etc.
• Responsively and productively communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer's personnel so they will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Adhere to all Packsize and customer safety requirements, and safety protocols related to exposed moving parts and electricity
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills

Travel Requirements
• All work is performed remotely at customers' facilities
• Available on-call
• Overnight travel often required
Working Environment and Physical Demands
• Willing to, and able to frequently move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds for various reasons.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• Must be able to move about inside and outside of equipment, warehouse and office space and position oneself to work on the equipment.
• Will frequently operate hand and power tools, computers and other office equipment.
• Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to access high places on the equipment,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel by vehicle or airplane, domestically.
What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $65K-70K USD; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.

Motivate is seeking a qualified Station Technician (FieldServiceTechnician) to join our Boston bikeshare team. The technician will help maintain station terminals and station components. Traveling around the system, the station technician will check the docking stations and provide maintenance to ensure proper operations.
About the Role
Complete maintenance and test functionality of station components performing all diagnostic testing, troubleshooting station malfunctions and issues, both simple and complex, and completing both minor and major repairs
Demonstrate expertise in all technical aspects and components of station hardware and software
Operate a motor vehicle and ride a bicycle throughout an urban environment
Ensure that all necessary reporting is accurate, complete, and timely
Complete special projects as assigned by management team
About You
You display technical aptitude for both electronics and mechanical systems; previous experience in technical troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues; a background with electronics, repair, construction, or related preferred
You have safety-minded first, experienced using a pallet jack and are comfortable with hand and power tools; forklift experience is a plus
You are technology proficient, comfortable using smartphone apps, email, chat/text, and can learn new technology and software applications
You have a valid driver's license and can pass a motor vehicle record check

**Job Duties**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
+ Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
+ Maintain a service van and its inventory.
+ Process paperwork after completion of each job.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Less than 2 years related experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
+ Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
+ Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
+ Industry related training is preferred
+ Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Overview
Summary
The FieldServices Engineer - Dedicated works to provide quick response to customer requests for product support. The tasks performed will include but not be limited to, system, device, OS, software and applications troubleshooting and problem evaluation as well as performing and/or supporting the necessary troubleshooting required to return the equipment to functional status. The FieldService Engineer - Dedicated will also be instrumental in preparing reports and will work in conjunction with the NOC and Service Desk Supervisors for any un-solved issue and follow escalation process. This position is dedicated 100% to a specific client.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Ensures exceptional client satisfaction is consistently delivered and maintained
Responds to customer requests for break fix/install and performs scheduled maintenance of equipment to high standards and to the satisfaction of their specified customer
Prepares for installations, upgrades, break fix and disconnects by reviewing work orders; obtains necessary equipment, supplies and tools; and evaluates install location
Reads topologies, technical documentation etc. to assist with troubleshooting and/or diagnostics
Diagnoses/troubleshoots voice and/or network issues
Ensures end-point systems are functioning and with optimal performance by testing equipment and connections and identifying and correcting any issues
Identifies proactively product/service sales opportunities at client sites and processes work order modifications as necessary

Completes required paperwork (timesheets, service orders, forms, inventory, expense reports, and equipment related items)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an IT related or Business field preferred from an accredited university
CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Server+ certification or equivalent knowledge
Specific platform knowledge is a must - Avaya, Cisco, Nice, Juniper, Palo Alto etc.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

$65,000 - $80,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
