Specific Responsibilities:
Performs landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, weed control, and leaf clean up.
Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, blowers, and weed eaters.
Assists Team Leader with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available.
Assists with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader
Performs other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
One year experience in this or a related field is required
Valid Driver's License with clean record
Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

We're currently seeking a dedicated Technical Lab Assistant (TLA) to join our Laboratory Department at our multiple locations.
Position Overview
Under supervision of the Laboratory Director or designee, maintains laboratory equipment as necessary, assists in clerical duties of the department, assists technicians and technologists as needed, and is responsible for phlebotomy procedures and processing of other specimens. Additionally, laboratory assistants perform CLIA-waived testing while producing quality results.
Qualifications
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Current BLS certification.
At least two (2) years of full-time experience in a hospital laboratory setting with phlebotomy experience.
Adheres to regulatory requirements including all State, Federal and the accrediting body regulations.
Preferred:
Previous experience working as a Phlebotomist.
Graduate of a Certified Phlebotomy program.
Phlebotomy certification.
