Actively prepare for and participate in all meetings, including grade team meetings, Student Support Meetings, and IEP Meetings, as well as collaborative planning and professional development.
Track, monitor, and take responsibility for the academic progress of all students in the classroom.
Analyze assessment data and daily metrics, such as Exit Tickets and Do Nows, to inform instruction.
Set and maintain high expectations by building meaningful relationships with students.
Collaborate with the Name of Student Support Team to create and monitor individual plans for students as needed.
Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment and adhere to school-wide practices for classroom management and individual behavior plans.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with families and regularly communicate students' progress toward academic, social-emotional, and behavioral goals.

About The Role

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents
Evaluates students' progress and completes required documentation in a timely manner

About The Role

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents
Evaluates students' progress and completes required documentation in a timely manner
Interacts professionally with parents/guardians after each swim lesson on the activities and development of students' swim skills
Uses problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter
Assists with setting up the pool prior to lessons and cleaning up after lessons, including proper storage of all pool equipment and lane lines
Attend required/mandatory workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours
Job Requirements and Skills:.
Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider is a plus!
Must pass background examinations (included with training).
Ability to work with children
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
