Qualifications:
6 months of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to multitask throughout the day required.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, on steep inclines, and move on and off ladders required.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
This position is a full-time, non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week.
