Steve Winchester is the CEO and CFO of Harris & Associates. Steve joined the firm in 2016 and has also held the position of COO and Division President.

An executive and board member with over 30 years of experience, including two tenures as a CEO at other firms, Steve leads Harris with a vast knowledge of the A/E/C industry, a track record of transformative leadership, and a strong vision for the future. He provides strategic oversight perfectly suited to expanding Harris' role as a trusted advisor to its clients.

Steve complements his well-rounded business and leadership acumen with expertise in managing projects involving water, wastewater, water reuse, stormwater and biosolids, from small diameter pipelines to large treatment facilities.

Ehab Gerges is a Board Member at Harris & Associates and Senior VP/COO at Harris & Associates. He works or has worked as MEMBER at American Society of Civil Engineers and MEMBER at WTS Internations.

Michelle White brings nearly 30 years of experience leading teams and driving business results to Harris. Previously the firm’s Chief People Officer, Michelle has helped shape organizations from the inside out. She collaborates across Harris to design and launch programs that feed the culture and inspire success-enabling employees to become leaders, individuals to become teams, and initiatives to become business solutions.

As COO and a vital member of Harris’ Executive Leadership Team, Michelle builds on her long list of accomplishments to further enhance the employee experience and strengthen client relationships.

Michelle thrives on creating programs to support personal and professional growth, including those focused on mentoring, coaching, and leadership development. Her many successes include designing streamlined performance management systems, building on-demand tools and resources to support high-performing teams, and leveraging human capital analytics to inform planning and growth strategies.
