Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below:
Website Management: Build, update, and maintain pages across HBSE-related sites, including NewJerseyDevils.com, PruCenter.com, DevilsYouthFoundation.org, and HBSE.com.
Mobile App Operations: Manage content and push notifications for the Devils + Pru Center App (via YinzCam CMS), aligning updates with marketing, membership, and revenue goals.
Ticketing & Premium Pages: Develop and refresh web and app content supporting ticket sales, Premium hospitality, and Black & Red memberships to drive conversion.
Advertising & Sponsorship: Schedule, publish, and monitor ad placements (leaderboards, big boxes, and custom zones) to fulfill partner deliverables and support key revenue verticals.
CRM & Lead Optimization:
Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to optimize processes for capturing and routing leads into the data warehouse.
Ensure all lead-generation forms, calls-to-action, and campaigns are properly tagged and tracked.
Attribution & Event Tracking:
Set up event tracking (via GA4 or similar tools) across web and app properties to measure campaign attribution and inform revenue strategy.
Partner with the Data and Insights team to surface actionable metrics that improve digital performance and sales efficiency.
Event & Content Updates: Maintain accurate event listings, ticket links, and sponsor messaging across all digital platforms.
Live Event Support (Occasional): Assist during Devils games and live events with real-time digital updates and partner fulfillment support.
Qualifications (educational, experience, & basic knowledge requirements):
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable years of experience.
3+ years of web, digital marketing, or platform management experience (sports, media, or entertainment preferred).
Proficiency with HTML/CSS, responsive design, and UX principles.
Experience with website and app CMS environments (we use Craft CMS for PruCenter.com, Forge for Devils and YinzCam CMS for our app).
Familiarity with web analytics and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, or similar).
Javascript would be a nice-to-have skill.
Understanding of data flows between web forms, CRM systems, and data warehouses.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (Premiere or video editing a plus).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent updates.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and creative teams.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.
Experience building web forms (we use Formstack).
Working Conditions:
Work Environment: This position predominantly requires that work be performed from the Prudential Center/New Jersey Devils offices, but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, will be occasionally required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $33 and $38/hour. This position is eligible for overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

* Giveaway Staff - responsible for distributing programs or other promotional items to guests during ingress, event, or egress
* Fill In Staff/Breakers - all usher/ticket takers are expected to fill in any position as needed during any point of the event and will possibly become breakers during events to assist in giving coworkers breaks in various areas and positions around the building
* Concierge*- responsible for creating a hospitable environment for guest visiting our premium areas, directing them to their desired location, escorting guests to lounge areas and maintaining a high-level of professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS:

WORKING CONDITIONS
Availability:
Must be available to work 70% of events each month, mandatory events as determined by management, and able to report for the following schedule:
* Available to report by 5pm on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
* Available all day every Saturday and Sunday.
* Ability to work until 12:00am or later per event needs.
* Available to work holidays as needed.
Physical Demands:
This position requires employees to stand for approximately 4-6 hours, walk stairs, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
This position requires that work be performed from in all concourse, seating bowl, and entrance locations at Prudential Center. Employees will be stationed next to exterior doors during winter months and should dress accordingly. Work may be in steep areas (approx. 60 feet high).
COMPENSATION
The pay for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $17.50 /hr. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be at $35,564 / year. Salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, including commission eligibility.

The Part-Time Youth Hockey Instructor role will support the New Jersey Devils Youth & Fan Development programs both on and off the ice. Instructors are expected to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all children in the New Jersey Devils Ball Hockey and Learn to Play Program, along with other camps, clinics and special events. Ideal candidates will be team players who are passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic about growing the game and developing the next generation of Devils fans.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW:
Creates and maintains a fun and engaging environment that fosters a love of hockey and the development of basic hockey skills.
Ability to run practices using USA Hockey's ADM, to create and implement high-quality on-ice or off-ice practice plans that are age and skill-level appropriate.
Acts as a point of contact at partner facilities for parents, coaches, and staff to rely on for accurate information.
Ensure the safety of all participants.
Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times while representing the New Jersey Devils program.
Is reliable and punctual for all assigned practices, clinics, or other assigned events.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must possess strong communication skills with peers, parents, and players.
Demonstrate the necessary skills to create and implement a high-quality practice plan that focuses on skill development and fun using USA Hockey's American Development Model (ADM)
Must be flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 2 years of experience coaching youth ice hockey programs.
USA Hockey coaching membership and certifications required.
EQUIPMENT:
This role requires an employee to provide their own hockey equipment, including but not limited to skates, hockey stick, hockey helmet, hockey gloves, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Travel Requirements: This position will travel frequently to various hockey rinks and ball hockey partners in New Jersey.
Work Environment: This position will not have a primary work location and will travel to various ice rinks throughout New Jersey.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

WORKING CONDITIONS
Availability:
Must be available to work 70% of events each month, mandatory events as determined by management, and able to report for the following schedule:
Available to report by 5pm on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
Available all day every Saturday and Sunday.
Ability to work until 12:00am or later per event needs.
Available to work holidays as needed.
Physical Demands:
This position requires employees to stand for approximately 4-6 hours, walk stairs, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
