    As a Program Finance Specialist, you will support programs in our Agile Development Group Division. You will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a set of contracts. This position performs analyses related to programs including profitability, cash flow, forecasts, Earned Value and quarterly EACs. The Agile Development Group (ADG) specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience. Essential Functions: + Supporting earned value management, baseline, and estimate to complete changes. + Coordinate with Program Managers and Finance leadership to submit accurate quarterly EACs. + Supporting internal and external customer financial reporting. + Support monthly revenue, profit, and cash forecasting, including variance analysis. + Support cost control, achieving financial targets, and driving cash flow. + Ability to assess and quantify the business risks and opportunities associated with orders, sales, profit, and cash. Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior finance experience OR Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior finance experience. Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2025 Intern Financial Analyst\. In this role, you will support Program Office Finance Analysts on the government defense programs\. Assist in monthly financial analysis and reporting to customer\. Analyze data and do variance analysis\. Run, review and distribute weekly labor reports\. Run and analyze weekly spent and committed reports\. Support data pulls for Baseline Reviews\. Support Sales, Orders, EBIT and Cash analysis\. Support ad hoc and special assignments as needed\. Suggest and implement process improvements\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline \- Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes \- Understanding basic financial concepts such as cost accumulation, profit and loss calculations, financial statements \- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint \- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance\.
