Primary Responsibilities Participate in and maintain a culture within The Corvallis Clinic that aligns with the Service and Behavioral Standards document. Employees are expected to read, understand, and embrace their principles. Assess patient status during the pre-op interview and on a continuing basis. Provide safe, therapeutic, quality care using the nursing process and diagnosis, setting appropriate priorities, and documenting interventions and patient responses. Communicate relevant patient information to surgeons, anesthesia staff, management, and other team members. Execute physician orders accurately and promptly, documenting all activities. Participate in the orientation and training of new employees. Maintain competencies required for the RN role within the specific area. Works effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients. Manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
