About the Role
DB Motion, one of our fastest-growing and most strategic business units, is seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Senior Client Success Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal, high-impact role for a seasoned professional to deepen strategic partnerships with our most valuable clients, ensure maximum value realization from our innovative solutions, and serve as a critical driver of client retention and growth.
The purpose of this role is to act as a strategic advisor and principal relationship owner for a portfolio of key accounts. You will be responsible for translating client business objectives into tangible outcomes achieved through the DB Motion platform, ultimately driving sustained client success and loyalty.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
Serve as the primary, executive-level point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, proactively developing and executing joint success plans that align Altera's capabilities with the client's long-term strategic goals.
Lead regular, high-value discussions with C-suite executives and senior leadership (e.g., CIO, CMO, VP of Clinical Operations) to review performance, address high-level business challenges, and solidify the partnership.
Systematically track, measure, and articulate the ROI and business value derived from DB Motion solutions, ensuring clients fully leverage their investment to achieve their desired clinical and operational outcomes.
Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and collaborate closely with our Sales and Client Delivery Executives.
Act as the voice of the client internally, influencing product roadmap, service delivery standards, and operational processes to ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience.

We are looking for a proven leader in client success who possesses deep experience navigating complex organizational structures and driving healthcare technology adoption.
5+ years of experience in a Senior Client Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting role within the enterprise software, Health IT, or Digital Health sectors.
Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and build credibility with C-level and senior technical/clinical audiences.
A strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, clinical workflows, and the financial/operational drivers of hospital systems and health networks.

Job Description:
The Field Service department is looking for a highly motivated and talented Technician to provide quality service and repair of complex MX-Series airborne surveillance turrets. Additionally, the FSR may also be required to deploy internationally to work assignments overseas at remote locations around the world. These overseas deployments could include hazardous conflict regions. FSR must always project a positive image of our department and company that will meet our customers' highest expectations for service and support of their L3Harris Technologies equipment.
This position requires a self-motivated, creative, forward-thinking, and energetic individual. Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills are a must. The ability to interface well with demanding customers as well as co-workers is critical. The best MX-Series field technicians are strong team players and customer focused. FSR must work well independently and can be relied upon to make difficult decisions that will affect the performance and availability of mission critical systems.
Essential Functions:
+ The most important performance objective for this department is to Repair, Test and Maintain Wescam sensor systems in accordance with pre-established processes, while adhering to customer deadlines. A successful MX Field Technician understands the gimbal system, understands how all components work together including peripheral interfaces, and able to effectively troubleshoot, repair and test a failed system.
+ Objective is to become proficient in troubleshooting, repair and servicing of Wescam MX sensor systems within 90 days. Initial MX Training may include formal 2-week training course, followed by extensive on-the-job training requirements.
+ Knowledge and application of troubleshooting electronics and mechanical systems, customer service skills and being a part of a motivated and diverse team.
+ Be part of a motivated extended team that supports various U.S. Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, and DOD Military customers by repairing mission critical Wescam sensor systems.
+ May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
+ Being creative, open-minded and a good listener.

Qualifications:
+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years of prior related experience.
+ A Field Service technician (FSR) for a defense contractor specializing in high performance stabilized imaging generally has at least 5 years of experience as an electro-mechanical technician on products that are similar in complexity, a successful track record of career growth over time and prior experience servicing systems in the field and in the factory.
+ 4 years' experience with electronic and mechanical test equipment is required.
+ 4 years' experience troubleshooting and repairing problems related to product aircraft integration, electronics and mechanical systems, down to the line replaceable unit level and work with Quality & Manufacturing Engineering to take corrective actions.
+ 4 years prior FSR experience in both CONUS and OCONUS repair assignments and tasks, is desired. Equivalent military experience would be considered.
+ Must be available to provide occasional off hours or weekend tasks in support of the customer requirements, as needed. Normal work shift is 9/80 schedule (40 hours/week).
+ Willingness & ability to support assignments at OCONUS sites for short-term deployment periods is required.
+ May be required to travel to other international sites. Performs work-related duties in extreme environments and difficult living conditions.
+ Must be willing and physically able to work outdoors in environmental conditions with temperatures in excess of 120 degrees.
+ When overseas, FSR must be able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week and be on call 24/7. Typical schedule at OCONUS locations is 84 hours/week.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $53,000 - $98,000. + .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Esrun Health is seeking Medical Assistants to work part-time from their home office as independent contractors while complying with HIPAA privacy laws. You will set your own hours and will not be held to a daily work hour schedule. Esrun Health wants its team members to have the flexibility to balance their work-life with their home life. Part-time team members will typically need to dedicate an average of 20-30 hours per week to care for their assigned patients initially. This time commitment will increase as the patient assignment increases. This unique business model allows you to choose what days and what hours of the day you dedicate to care for your patients.
The Care Coordinator will be assigned a patient panel based on skill and efficiency level and is expected to carry a patient panel of a minimum of 100 patients per calendar month within the first three months of assignment. The position of the Nurse Chronic Care Coordinator, Remote will perform telephonic encounters with patients on behalf of our partners each month and develops detailed care plans within our care plan templates in the electronic health record. This begins as an Independent 1099 Contractor position but offers the potential to reach full-time W2 employment (with employee benefits).
Esrun Health is seeking Nurses to work part-time from their home office while complying with HIPAA privacy laws. You will set your own hours and will not be held to a daily work hour schedule. You will be contracted to work a minimum of 20hrs/wk. Esrun Health wants its team members to have the flexibility to balance their work-life with their home life. Part-time team members will typically need to dedicate an average of 20-30 hours per week to care for their assigned patients. This unique business model allows you to choose what days and what hours of the day you dedicate to care for your patients.
The Care Coordinator will be assigned a patient panel based on skill and efficiency level and is expected to carry a patient panel of a minimum of 100 patients per calendar month. Care Coordinators will be expected to complete encounters on 90 percent of the patients they are assigned.
Esrun Health utilizes a productivity-based pay structure and pays $10.00 per completed patient encounter up to 99 encounters/month, $10.25/encounter from 100-149 encounters/month, $12/encounter from 150-199 encounters/month, $14/encounter from 200-249 encounters/month, and $16/encounter for >250 encounters/month. Payment tier increases require 2 months consistency to achieve. A patient encounter will take a minimum of 20 minutes (time is cumulative including chart review, call times/attempts/texts, care plan development, care coordination, and documentation time).
What your impact will be:
* The role of the Care Coordinator is to abide by the plan of care and orders of the practice.
* Ability to provide prevention and intervention for multiple disease conditions through motivational coaching.
* Develops a positive interaction with patients on behalf of our practices.
* Improve revenue by creating billable CCM episodes, increasing visits for management of chronic conditions.
* Develops detailed care plans for both the doctors and patients. The care plans exist for prevention and intervention purposes.
* Understand health care goals associated with chronic disease management provided by the practice.
* Attend regularly scheduled meetings (i.e., Bi-Monthly Staff Meetings, monthly one on one's, etc.). These "mandatory" meetings will be important to define the current scope of work.
What we are looking for:
* Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. (LPN, LVN, RN, BSN, etc.)
* Current license to practice as an RN/ LVN/LPN with no disciplinary actions noted
* A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a Med/Surg, Case Management, and/or home health care.
* Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records as well as an understanding of Windows desktop and applications (Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Excel, etc.), also while being in a HIPAA compliant area in home to conduct Chronic Care Management duties.
* Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, organization, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Skilled in using various computer programs (If you don't love computers, you won't love this position!)
* High Speed Internet and Desktop or Laptop computer (Has to be operation system of Windows 10 or higher or Mac) NO Chromebooks and no iPad.

The salary range for this position is $ 116,000.00 - 155,000.00.
