What You Will Do
We are currently hiring a Test Lead. You will develop, maintain and ensure the flight test strategy is optimized to meet program end-goal objectives. The role requires critical interaction/event planning with the Chief Engineers, software team and system integration and test team with a focus on test processes, embedded test, factory operations, and other functions. Ability to gain program access as needed.

Responsibilities to Anticipate
Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs according to design, specs and/or requirements.
Perform data collection activities, including review and assessment of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysis.
Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which include Test Readiness Reviews.
Support field testing.
Communicate weekly with customer counterparts to status and coordinate missile builds and test events.
Coordinate across engineering functions to support missile builds, test support and data analysis.
Maintain program access as needed

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant prior experience.
Experience working directly with multiple customers
Experience leading a team.
Experience working in a test environment.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Existing TS clearance
Experience working Engineering and Manufacturing Development, Transition to Production and/or Production programs
Prior experience being the Technical Point of Contact with the customer
Prior Lead Engineer/LSE/IPT/PM or equivalent experience

Minimum Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Bio-Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components
Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (examples include: op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills
Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended)
