It provides solutions through communication systems, space and intelligence systems, electronic systems, and critical networks. The company was formerly known as Multimax, Inc. and changed its name to Harris IT Services Corporation in June 2007. The company was incorporated in 1988 and is based in Herndon, Virginia with operations in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific regions.
